Girth Gear
Extra-large gears are used in large-scale facilities across various industries, such as cement, mining, and steel manufacturing.
We carry out gear machining processes such as gear cutting and tooth grinding. In addition, precise gear profile data can be obtained from cutting-edge measuring equipment for large gears with a diameter of 8M or more.

Herringbone Gear
It is a special gear with a very narrow gap in the middle of the double helical gear. Herringbone shapes up to Gap 0 mm can be machined using a special milling spindle for extra-large gears with a diameter of 8 meters or more.

Swing Rack
These large gears are used in slewing systems of extra-large mining equipment. It receives power from the pinion reducer connected to the power unit and transmits power to turn the machine.

Long shaft pinion
This is a pinion consisting of a long shaft of more than 2 meters. We carry out core processes such as turning, hobbing, heat treatment, and gear grinding up to 5 meters in length.

Gearbox
These reducers deliver power from a power source to large facilities such as heavy mining equipment, conveyors, and cement ball mills. We design reducers according to customer requirements, and perform deformation analysis, bearing analysis and fluid analysis. We have supplied to more than 100 sites around the world.
